I believe that is a 12v T10 wedge base. Find an LED similar sized and at 1/10th the wattage and it will be close. Warm LEDs will approximate the color. Cool will be a lot whiter/bluer and IMO more harsh.

Westerbeke Generator
+1 on automotive 194. My 360DA uses this bulb for the indirect lights also. I just ordered LED replacements from superbrightled.com.
