I have a 2002 searay sundeck 190. Problem is with the switch pad that controls depth finder running lights engine compartment vent blower and horn. All of these functions are controlled by this switch pad. The only thing that works is the horn. The other things will work sometimes but mostly don’t work. All fuses are good. I figured the problem was the switch pad so I replaced it. Everything worked after that until I put boat in the water. Now back to just horn.any ideas?thanks

Break out a multimeter and a wire diagram....

Bad ground or corroded connections would be most likely culprits. If you leave the boat uncovered when not in use you will have more issues than if covered.

These pads and EIM's are notorious for having problems. the pad sends a serial signal to the EIM as to which button was pushed and the EIM activates the proper relay. There are 4 wires from the pad to EIM... 12VDC, ground, data+ and data-. Any one of the connections can cause issues. If all of that is good, then it may be the EIM (since you have already changed the pad). The EIM may be hard to find as they are discontinued.
