When is too much wave pounding too much?

Been beating the boat up alot lately. Starting to hear funny noises with the slamming going over waves.

My question is, what signs come first with structural issues?
 
Funny noises with wave slamming. I had a stringer break loose from the hull on my Aquasport 20' ccp.
 
You cam imagine it will vary a lot from boat to boat and manufacturer to manufacturer. Your boat is capable of some pretty decent cruise speeds so yes you could be over stressing the hull to the point of serious damage. If you are out in CC Bay running 30 knots in 2-4 ft seas then I'd say you are over doing it. Could just be doors and cabinets coming loose
all the way up to bulkheads and stringers separating from the hull. A qualified inspection may be in order as your safety MAY be at stake.
