Is there a special paint for Bravo III drives

Is there a special paint I should use on my 2008 SR 290 BravoIII outdrives.

The paint isn’t so special but the prep sure is. There are plenty of posts on here describing the prep. Quick search you will find them. Main issue is oxidation of the aluminum before paint gets on it, etching the aluminum for adhesion and using iron based metals in the preparation and paint removal.
 
I used Primocon (3 coats) and Trilux 33 (2 coats) on mine. Works well. You may need to touch up here and there over time so get extra. You'll likely need at least 2 cans of each.
 
Keep in mind that these are anti-doping paints so they aren't a pretty finish.
 
Trilux 33 for me. Brushed on each spring. It’s ugly but works great.
I’m wet slipped in salt water 6 months and it holds up well.
