So 65% is safe but 70% is a no no. This virus is super smart to know the revenue streams from all these bars and restaurants.

A friend recently said the upcoming election is all in for both sides. If you think they cried over the results of the 2016 election wait till you see when Trump wins in 2020. If Trump wins there will be a conservative wave even in blue states.

People that have not voted in years will be out in force to say they want law and order not leftism even if they are classical liberals.

The home defending St Louis couple are dems and BLM supporters but pulled out the AR15 to defend the home. Then put Fredo Cuomo in his place. Think they are happy the dem mayor will not stop this? Wonder who they will pull the lever for in a private voting booth.

Well the Fuhrer was on tv again today. Wants to start passing out misdemeanors for non-mask wearers. Id really like to know the true legality of that.

They act like they can stop the spread. They cannot! Maybe delay it, and even that has scientific debate and is not proven. But by God, they are going to do everything a tin pot dictator would do to control the virus, er, I mean the people...

She can say whatever she wants.....the only question is when do people stop listening to her and giving her oxygen? People are tired of the hearing about the WuFlu boogeyman and how it is going to kill everyone even though the death rate has been dropping nationwide as the number of positive tests goes through the roof. She and the rest of her like minded politicos love the thought that they control everything.

It is only a matter of time when no one will listen to a thing she says.

What law is supposedly being broken?

Governors are not monarchs, they are executives. The executive branch enforces laws written and passed by the legislative branch. The judicial branch adjudicates the laws.

So a governor can't just invent a law, cloak it as an "executive order" and assign penalties.

I believe she is relying on her Emergency Powers which are effectively grounded in Martial Law. The Legislature and the Courts can slow her down but the best way to stop her is for people to ignore what she says and mock it every chance they can. The cops don't like her so they will refuse to ticket anyone.

In this case.....civil disobedience is the right answer.

Is anyone actually following through with the legal implications of her actions?
 
In Illinois a judge ruled that Governor Pritzker over stepped his bounds after the first 30 lock down and nullified all his orders.
