how to acess behind dash 1997 sea ray 250 sundancer

i'm trying to find out how to run wires from the transom up to the front guage area, anyone know how to run the wires? Also the only acess panel i see is in the bathroom,not sure how it removes yet looks like 2 screws or clips.

im trying to instll a gps/depth finder
