I just purchased a 1994 sundancer 300 and I’m looking to replace the clarion m1000r with a Bluetooth compatible deck but will I still have cockpit controls of the radio if I change the deck. Thank you

I just bought a fusion ms-ra70. It is bluebluetooth and they make a bluetooth wireless remote. All the research i have done says this is a great system

I had the same question about my 2006 with a Clarion CMD4. I saw on another site that the connector cable for my remote looks the same but has 6 pins instead of the 8 on the newer model. You may need to buy a new remote on top of the new deck.

You can replace with head unit and have remote control from helm, but it would require new remotes and cables if wired.

I just changed mine out from the CMD 3 to a Fusion. Nice part is the remote is Bluetooth
and cost less than 40 bucks. I just left the old remote in place for now until I figure out what I will do with the oval hole...
