All three hinges broke on the starboard side closet door by the v-berth. Anyone know the part number? Can't find them on FP.

Looks like there were two options depending on your setup. I don't know what BLUM refers to.
173922 HINGE, CONCEALED INT BLUM
173948 HINGE, CONCEALED MT PLATE ONLY BLUM

Take the old one with you and go to Lowes, Home Depot etc. I understand they have them now.

Where did you find this information, and where do I apply it?
The part numbers from my parts book come up empty.

I've attached a 2002 Parts Manual, not sure how much it would be different from your 2000.

BLUM is the maker. I found mounting plates (which broke) on ebay for cheap! $1.25 ea.

Good to know! I recently broke the latch on that same door and had to search for a new one. Wasn't too hard to find the latches, but I was stumped on your hinge.
