Quick question, again. Thanks in advance.
I left my battery switches on, and a comp button on starboard touch panel for a week, not on purpose.I was connected to shore power the whole week. Upon arriving at the boat, I could not lift the hatch and the left touch panel wouldn't work, it would lite up like xmas tree when I pushed hatch. Battery weakened
Unless I had AC convertor off, Which I may or may not have, shouldn't I be able to run 12volts on shore power? and shouldnt the charger be keeping up with a Comp button(light i think.)

AC converter is the charger. Must be on or your batteries will drain. Fringes, cabin lights, electronics, pumps, vacuflush ect. All can draw power with batt switches on unless turned off at the panel.

Yes, if ac converter is on should run forever without draining batteries.

Just leave the AC Converter/Charger on at all times while on shore power. It won’t hurt the batteries and will power anything you leave on. And better yet, if you spring a leak, it will keep your bilge pumps running.

I must have shut that breaker off by accident, Its close to Air Cond button!

Question for you Creekwood. This will also allow the TV to be ON while plugged in and docked without draining battery correct? Going to put in a 27" today for the kids for the holiday weekend. We will be staying on boat for 3 nights and when docked i'm sure the boys will be using the TV. I beleive I'm good here when connected to shore power and breaker for a/c converter in ON position. Thanks in advance

Tv is probably 110v? If so has nothing to do with the 12v side or the converter.
