I've done it before, but it was a long time ago! I know I used a Dremel with some type of rotary drill bit on it and I remember it working very well. Anyone know what type of Dremel rotary drill bit is best to use cutting through the fiberglass?

Not to be a smart butt or anything, be sure you set the depth and also know what's behind the are you want to cut into. Dremel makes a gauge that screws onto the end of the tool, just like the Rotozip.

My neighbor cut a beautiful hole, perfectly round. He also cut the fuel fill hose and and vent line.

My 250 Sundancer (260 from 2010 on to 2016 I believe) seems to have a pre-cut where the premium stereo upgrade sub is supposed to be. Anyone know if it is safe to cut and nothing is behind it?

I used a dremel with a cutting bit. Worked great!
