First splash...for me

Well it floats and runs! It was a long weekend of white knuckle loading/transporting/splashing.

I bought a local trailer and we wiggled it under the boat (putting it lightly) and took it to the water. I will say, it looks 2x as big on land than it does in the water.

I was lucky enough to have a family friend, who not only let me store the boat at his lot, but also transport us the right way.

The underway pic is on the Muskingum river headed to the Ohio River.

Floating and running are two crucial things for a boat. Congrats on getting it safely in the water and your first successful cruise!

Follow the inland water threads. I am located approx 135miles down river (Ohio River) 1 1/2 mile above the Greenup Locks.

It's insane seeing a boat this size get launched from a trailer. So cool....

I agree. I have a great transport guy i have used from the time i bought her and transported her home to everytime she goes in or out. Def a white knuckel feeling when you are driving behind. It only costs me $400 each trip. About 20 miles from home to marina. Well worth getting a pro to do it
