JL Audio 10 inch subwoofer with a dedicated JL Audio amp. Humming is constant from the subwoofer but never from speakers. Any thoughts about what to do?

try a different channel on the amp. sounds like a bad one.
First check all of the RCA connectors are seated if that doesn't do the trick try and relocate the RCA input cabling. I had same problem with a clicking noise and found the RCA cables were running parallel to the depth sounder cable.
Last but not least make sure you don't have a ground loop situation between the audio components; make sure they all source power from the same power cabling.

Disconnect the RCA audio source feeding the woofer. If the humming continues, its being generated by the amp.
