I launched the boat for the season, and forgot to apply the transducer paint. Any suggestions other than taking it back out of the water?

Don't worry about it......I have never used it down south or up here and never had a problem....

If out don't what to pull it out your only option is to check the transducer periodically and scrub as needed. I've had growth on my transducers even with paint and I'm on the north shore. Typically for me the transom mounts foul faster than thru-hulls. I'm not sure how bad your fouling is on the south shore.

My depth finder stopped working this season. I had the boat pulled for another reason and looked on the bottom of hull. Took a picture but can’t figure out if this would prohibit transducer from working. Any ideas?
