Considering a SUP Board for the lake. We’re 6’3 to 5’4, all beginners. Not sure what or where to start. Long, short, thin, thick, standard or inflatable.

Recommendations?

We have ISLE inflatable SUPs and are very happy. We choose inflatable due to storage constraints. Two of these deflated fit in the aft cabin or in the dock box easily. With the optional pump we can inflate in short order

I posted something similar recently, here is the link (and what I bought): Paddleboard

6" Inflatable upgraded from a 4". Will know how well it works this summer. I also suggest a pump, hand pumping is no fun.

Awsome Thanks!

We bought an inflate/deflate pump, designed for SUPs, and an inflatable sup from Costco/Sam’s, worked out great so far.

As I stated in another post about SUPs recently, make sure you deflate them some when you are done paddling around. There is no pressure relief valve, just the seam of the board.......:(:( They do make a loud sound when left out in the Florida sun at full inflation.
