I’m having trouble with my outdrive the trim or tilt isn’t working everything is working on the inside just no power to the out drive trim and tilt wise what could it be

Assuming you have tested and are getting power to and from the switches, check the main ground to your trim pump assembly.

Have the same issue on mine except it would go up but not down then it changed where it goes down and not up did have the clear hydralic line break and go oil all over and thats when it changed direction it seemed.

I have wiggled all wires and checked for corrosion also

I'm a little confused... a little bit from the run-on sentences and lack of punctuation :) but also because you said, at first, that you weren't getting power... then you said you were? BUT... the most common culprits are the solenoids. Jump the solenoids - if that gets the pump motor dancin', then you found the issue. $20 a pop and you're back in business. If not... we gotta start backtracking.

The Solenoid are making contact and Are working with the hydraulic pump inside of the boat but the outdrive it’s not getting any source of power to trim up or down I’m not sure if the ground wire is grounded good enough to make the difference

There is no "power" going to the outdrive. The power goes to the pump power. Also, just because the solenoids are "clicking", doesn't mean they're passing enough amperage to power the pump motor.

I think something is getting lost in translation between what you have going on and how you are writing it. Let's try this...

-- Is the pump motor making noise when you operate the trim buttons, both up & down?
-- Is there the proper amount of fluid in the reservoir?

If the two answers are yes & yes, then there is most likely an issue with the lines or more likely, the hydraulic rams. Disconnect them from the aft end of the drive and see if you can lift the and lower the drive by hand.

What do you think happened that may have caused this issue?

The hydraulic pump is working but the outdrive will not go up or down I checked all the wiring and solenoids and they everything seems to be ok but still no movement of the outdrive

Yes the pump has the correct amount of fluid and the solenoids are working as they should and the motor sounds like it should when the outdrive goes up or down that’s what’s got me

I disconnected the rams and the outdrive has movement up and down

Someone here had this problem, it was a sheared pin between the motor and the pump

Anybody know where I can order rams at a reasonable price for 1995 searay 200 series For a mercruiser alpha one outdrive

If hydraulic lines are attached, you won't be able to move them. Just removing from outdrive makes no difference.

Nothing is attached and Hydraulic lines are not attached either
