Can someone tell me how to remove props from inboard v drives. will I need a prop puller? always had sterndrives so this is a bit different I believe. thanks in advance!

Yes you will need a prop puller. The prop shaft is tapered and the prop will be locked onto it.

Sometimes a oxy/acetelyne torch is helpful. I sometimes have heated the prop hub to make the pull easier on the puller. If the last installer put some extra grunt on the nut, you can actually bend or break a puller, thus the heat.
