Just want to confirm it has three panels in the front. It’s hard to tell from photos.

It does not. I can see it in the photos and plus it's from a 2002 year which has the two seat helm. That switch was made from a three seat helm with the 2001 year.

Bill, you’re right, I just went to the 1998 parts manual, and its not the same. I have 2 windows in front, not 3.

Is it strataglass or regular clear (which I prefer)? Looks like clear.

Also is the Bimini top included? If so do you know what the lighter color areas on the top are from?

That's very reasonable. There looks to be some discoloration I see on the top port side. Are there any repairs? Are you willing to meet halfway? I am in Toms River NJ. Do you have any other parts available?

It is reasonable, Bimini included, clear glass, no repairs, no discoloration. I just paid 7k to have mine redone. This is in good shape. I Have a stereo and a Garmin 4212 Chartplotter as well.
