The Taylor Made part number is 8319400. The phone number to order is at the bottom of the following link.

I actually ordered mine from a local marina 3 years ago and I want to say I paid $3.00 bucks a foot Curious as to what it is now... I Only did the one leaking so I still have two windows worth. I also used black SikaFlex 291 to bond it all together and make sure I had a good seal. 3 years later and not a drop!

I placed an order with Taylor made for this the other day. They are currently closed until this Covid thing passes but they do have it when they do re open.

Thanks for the info JM.
This explains why they haven’t responded to my order request. Thanks Jason for the SikaFlex 291 recommendation. I will pick that up whenever my seal order is fulfilled.
Now to search for a front windshield screen...

You can try Boatswains Locker in Jacksonville. The did the bridge canvas and have the templates for them. They may also have done the windshield screen.

I took mine to a local canvas guy and he used it as a template to make me a new one.

2. Need an AC water pump
3. How do you search this forum?

The ac strainer is Groco Arg-750. So look for a strainer basket for it. The ac pump is made by March. But I dont know the exact model number. I would have to look at it.

To search I use google as follows:

site:clubsearay.com keywords

type that on the google search line and replace "keywords" with whatever text string you want to search for.

I have cell phone photos of most of the product plates of things on the boat.
Here’s the air conditioning raw water pump on my boat.

Thanks!
Is there any trick to reinstalling?
Use sealant in the underside of the corners to glue them down to help resist the famous shrinking over time. I also put a line of sealant over the top of the mitered corner cuts to "glue" those two pieces together.

Technically the trim is there for looks. The actual sealing is done before you push on the trim. I sealed the edges of the glass and in about 1/8"-1/4" over the top of the edge. It's really an insane window design. Metal frame. Then sponge cushion (which is not a sealer). Then glass on top of the cushion. Then sealant in a channel sealing the edge of the glass only. Then cosmetic trim over that.

Marks I think is factory original. Here's the replacement the previous owner put on my boat about 7 years ago. Just noticed from the picture I was supposed to be oiling it every 6 months. Never knew that. Never have. Guess I better go buy a ready to go spare.

Use some crab boil and a little salt.

Commissioning my boat, I flipped on the raw water sea cock for the HVAC. The strainer housing began to leak. I know there’s a groove in the lid that connects with the body of the housing. Is there an O ring in there? If so, anyone have the part number handy?

Also, the bottom fell out of my strainer basket. Anyone have the part number for a replacement basket?

Mark - thanks for posting the pictures! I’m in the process of replacing my old waste line. Between the head and the bulkhead did you find that the line was strapped down anywhere? Just wondering if I’m going to have to pull out the fridge or parts of cabinets to free the old line.

There is an O-ring between the housing and the glass bowl and an O-ring on the threaded cap, not sure which your looking for. I can tell you that my sea strainer for the A/C is a Groco ARG 750. You should be able to find all the replacement parts with an internet search.

?? Not sure if you are asking me? If you are referring to the sanitary hose replacement pictures I posted a while back, I have a different model boat than you and my hoses do not go anywhere near the fridge. Sorry I can't help you.
