Just started watching season 3 last night, part of what I like about the show are the clips of boats running around. This is not a spoiler, but the main character goes to work by boat now, and he drives a nice Sea Ray Sundeck, 20’-ish, did not catch the exact model.

It’s a 240 Sundeck. 2005-2006 model year from what I can see.
I saw the 1st 2 seasons and looking forward to watching season 3.

If anyone is looking for something to watch, I highly recommend it.

We really like the show, I have a hard time watching things like Tiger King, and other reality based shows. Try to stick with fiction, prefer shows like West World, now I know it’s not actually happening!

We love it. Watched the first episode last night.

I just posted the same thing on Facebook group but I think that 370 from season 1 was for sale not too long ago

We’ve watched all seasons I really like Jason Bateman he’s the director I believe. He’s very good in Ozark.

That 2000s era sundeck looked brand new, I guess that’s the good thing about boating on inland “Northern” (to me) lakes, fresh water and no harsh FL sun...

My next question is, was it product placement, had to be right? But if so, why not a brand new sundeck...and if not, why is Sea Ray not ensuring their boats are in these shows?

Love Ozark. Based on Lake of the Ozarks, but was filmed on Lake Allatoona and around the Atlanta area. The scenes (in season 2 I believe) where he goes to meet the drug lord at his estate was filmed at Chateau Elan, just north of Atlanta. Other interesting thing, it might be do they can film easier, but all the canvas and bimini were removed from the Sundancer and the Sundeck.

I am watching Ozark. The area was like this 50 years ago and before. They are trying to portray LOTO as Hoosiers(not Indiana) and backward. Which it was 40-50 years ago. It’s nothing like the show. It’s crowded, most of the lake is rough. It is beautiful though. Houses and docks every 100-200’ it seams like.

And, most docks are covered, so the boats do look great compared to other bodies of fresh water with uncovered slips, like Lake Michigan

there are 50-60’ ocean vessels on it. It is a crazy atmosphere and all about the money

just my opinion

Just started. Watched first two episodes. It’s a little dark w the circumstances and hardships but I’ll watch a few more hopefully it’ll lighten up.

Just started season three. I believe in season 1, you’ll see other Sea Rays in the show.

Someone mentioned Tiger King? What a mess.....

I started it yesterday too and agree. I got in about 5 episodes and like it. It gets a bit better as it goes on.
It looks like we’re looking at more rain today and tomorrow after a rainy weekend, so I’ll probably get a bunch more episodes in.

Wrt filming location in Georgia vs Loto.... Georgia offered better tax breaks for film production..according to Wikipedia....Images of Party Cove are unbelievable...not sure if it’s a good thing for the water quality, if you get my drift.

Thanks for this..... binged season 1 this weekend.... I had stuff to do :)
