Where/what is your source for Cummins Onan Generator maintenance and spare parts?
Filters, Belts, Coolant Cap, Thermostats, Impellers, etc....
Thanks
Tom

Filters from napa, I just had defender throw an impeller in with some other things I ordered from their spring sale. 2 years ago I ordered HX end cap gaskets and a belt from SLE. That’s about all I’ve gotten. My motor is Kubota so an industrial supply house can work too.

Amazon for some OE parts...

I use a local repair and parts shop that services Onan and Kohler gensets as well as just about any other powered small construction equipment. Its a small family shop that has been in business for fifty plus years. I probably spend more than I need too but I like supporting the local guy.

I get mine from the local truck parts distributor that supplies Cummins parts.

I use Dixie Diesel in Columbia, Tennessee. They are a mid-range Cummins and Onan dealer and they do not typically deal with the marine industry so there is no ridiculous "on the water" mark up like the dealers in Florida charge. I work with one of the owners there, Jim Patterson:

They also have a clean room and do repairs/rebuilds on all makes of injectors and injection pumps. In 25 years I have always had great service and fair pricing from Dixie.

Thank You All!
I ended up ordering from Yakima Generator Supply in Yakima Wa. Like Mr. Webster suggests, they are not a marine supply but support marine parts for some reason and had everything in stock at a much reduced price. Parts are not here yet and I'll provide a recommendation when they do get here.
