Official 370 Sundancer thread

Welcome. You will find that the majority of stuff in here is directly applicable to the 95-99 models, however, under the skin, a lot of systems related stuff will be the same. Visit 370sundancer.com that Rubber Ducky put together.
Yeah 370Dancer I like the lines and look of the 95> but stuck on the classic rearward arch... the 94's with portholes looked better to me so that's what I searched for...

Hello Captains, I recently purchased a 1995 370 sundancer and have to replace the "T" moldings that are placed in the edgers of the walls around the doorways. I dont have a pic yet, but its around the edges where the forward cabin doorway is and next to the settee aft between the 2 pc sliding separating door to the aft berth. It is a plastic "T" insert with a chrome adhesive backed covering over the finished surface. Has anyone ever found this product out there??

Flounder Pounder carries chrome and brass. I have replaced the brass with the chrome in my 1998 370 as i attempt to "de-gold" the interior.

OMG!!!

just got her out on the lake after bottom paint, prop reconditioned, bump trim tab size and at WOT I am getting 4400rpms on both engines and 35.9mph and that is with 6 men on board, full of fresh water and both fuel tanks at 1/2 full.

This is unreal, the last day before pulling her out of the water I was getting 3900rpms on port and 4000rpms on star and 27mph with no fresh water, 1/2 fuel tanks and only two men aboard.

couldn’t be happier with the new found performance, I have yet to put the tabs thru the paces just yet, however our marina mech who was on board with us was a sea ray delivery captain for 20years and said he was amazed at how well the new tabs controlled the boat and would be recommending them to folks looking to replace tabs.

I was just looking at the Auto Trim from Bennett. What size tabs did you get? or OEM size? Also, how easy was it to install the Auto tabs?

36x9 w/drop fins... very easy to install, just had to drill a few new holes as the old ones all lined up, just needed to account for the extra length of the tabs.

This is an ambivalent day but I am putting my 96 370 up for sale if you know of anyone looking for a good boat this size. I purchased a larger vessel and had my 370 sold to a neighbor at my marina but they had to sadly cancel the purchase yesterday with the short term issues we are having in our economy. We love this boat and it is in excellent shape, completely updated and to save the marriage I had Florida Bow Thrusters install Vetus bow and stern thrusters about 3 years ago! Actually some of you might remember this boat. I purchased it from WolfTC who was a big contributor on this forum when he owned the boat. If you search for his posts on here you will see most of the things that were done to this boat (NMEA2k Backbone, new electronics with 4K radar, best stereo system in the marina, new galley flooring, etc). After my purchase I add the thrusters, a new Camper style canvas in 2019 and a few other items. I am asking $90K and will be putting it in the Sea Ray Classified section shortly. Let me know if you are interested, the boat is located in bay CIty MI. Again it has been a tremendous boat and I am going to miss her.

nice ride. I would post this in the 28 to 33 groups, instead of us that already have one.
