We have a wood grain salon table from a 400 sedan bridge. Price is $500. It’s in great shape, we just find that we don’t use it. So rather than collect dust I wanted to offer it up. Things like this table aren’t easy to come by - people think I’m nuts for selling. But we just aren’t using it. It’s not a folding table, so it’s a little big to ship. So it’s probably best going to a local (middle to upper Chesapeake Bay) boater.

You will regret selling it when you go to sell your boat. If you have room to store it don't sell.

I second that, I thought of selling my ottomans earlier this year because I did not think we would miss them. The next buyer may want the table and won't be able to find one. What do you use in its place? I some times consider trying to find something different for the Salon but would not think of selling the original if I had the space to store it.

I actually have a large oval custom Sea Ray table on a pedestal that we used on our 320. It was too large for that boat but works well on the 400. And it’s portable so we use it inside and outside.

Yes, another owner may want it. But it wouldn’t have been a deal beaker for me, so I can’t see it being a deal breaker. It’s not an attached piece of furniture. Besides, I’ll sell it to someone who bought a boat without one! We are trying to eliminate our storage locker and not pay to store things we don’t use.

I think it adds to the salon and we use it and the ottomans. It is big, but it is very functional for us. I promise you when you go to sell, it is a positive to have.

Quantify “it’s a positive”. Because it costs about $150-$200 per month for a storage locker. If I sell the boat in 5 years, that’s $9000-$12000 in storage. It’s a really nice table, but will it yield me that much in resale?

Then absolutely, someone will no doubt be willing to take it off your hands and $500 is a great deal. If I didn't have an easy and free place to store it I'd move it along too.

How long is that table top?

Are you selling the ottomans too?

How long is that table top?

I’m not sure. I’m not at the boat to measure. It’s about 2/3 the length of the sofa on the galley side. How’s THAT for a precise answer? Sorry, I can measure next time I’m down there.

I have a 2005 50 (express style) so I’m not sure what the layout of your boat is. The base of my table looks To be the same but my table (damaged finish) is oval and around 3.5-4 feet long. Let me know when you can measure it. If it fits, I’ll buy it immediately. My cell is 5083280741. Thanks, Sean
