Really now, all 4 of them

I am not sure if Pew has done a more recent survey. This was from 2018.
Most people talking to you as a visitor to their country will be polite and try to find ways to find common ground. Its like when I hang out with my wife's cracker relatives in Orlando. Fantastic people and firmly Republican. They tell me that they don't like Trump as a person but they like his party and his domestic policy for the most part. I might tell them I would trade Trudeau for Trump. But I wouldn't mean it. I would trade Trudeau for a Conservative Prime Minister in a flash though.

Nothing offensive to see here people. Just move along......

I was taking a train in Germany and a guy wearing a RED MAGA hat suits down in front of me. Was a German who thought Trump was the best guy.

Yesterday Pelosi had a news conference. She was bragging up how they made the USMCA what it is, so much better than what Trump put in front of them she said.

When Trump first talked of dumping NAFTA and re-negotiating he received nothing but criticism. The economy would tank, jobs would be lost, unemployment would go up.

Yeah. and the tax cuts were going to bankrupt the government. I just heard they took in record tax revenue. But confuse them not with the facts.

But confuse them not with the facts.

That would require rational and logical thinking. Rest assured ......the Trump haters are just incapable of either. I do believe this is the new normal for US politics.

The Dem 2020 field is so weak.....that small minded comments: "orange man bad, orange man has big ears......" show that they have already lost the race. Hopefully the impeachment vote causes them to lose the House as well.

That’s probably a good thing (a weak Dem slate). The last thing you would want is a really strong well liked left sided Dem in the group. But most of the republican slate in 2016 was not much better and Trump was able to walk right over them all. Somewhere out there there has to be some really strong, ethical, leader and role model conservatives that can get elected. We did not have one in Canada and we have Trudeau again.

Al Green sums it up...
Al Green just said that there's no limit to the amount of times they can impeach Trump.

He's suggesting if they don't get him now they'll just keep harassing and try to impeach again...and again...and again.

The media doesn't give a true analysis of the Horowitz Report. After watching Horowitz testify about his report I was amazed(not really) by the difference in how the content was presented. There's no doubt in my mind now, there definitely was an organized plot to get Trump. It was not a just a scheme concocted after he was elected but one already in place before so they'd be ready 'if' he would be elected.

You have to look at how this all evolved, there had to be a plan. I'm beginning to think this isn't just about Dem vs Rep, instead politics is being manipulated, it's a tool, it's part of a bigger picture, something 'global' if you know what I mean.

I'm heading into conspiracy nut territory now I know, but ......

You may be right. In this world of social media influence, it is very possible that foreign powers will want to "divide and conquer". The easiest way for Putin or Xi to gain advantage over the pillar of democracy on this planet is to create so much inner division that the US is paralyzed in its ability to get anything done. Their objective would NOT make sense to have one party in complete power. They need division and inner turmoil.

That is why it is so important to weed out any and all foreign influence on your political systems. It doesn't matter whether it is against Dems or Republicans. Divided you lose. That is what matters.

The Dems are paying too much attention to the coastal and DC media.
Bad enough they got egg on their face last week in the House.
Now Schumer is looking to drag out the trial in the Senate despite McConnell and Graham offering up a quick and easy way out for all concerned.
If things keep up this way they’ll lose the Presidency again, give back the house and a few more seats in the Senate.

They completely misread the electorate in 2016, and it really looks like they haven't learned any lessons from that. This is what happens when you take all of your advice from the mutual appreciation society inside your own bubble.

My 19 old daughter just called me tonight at midnight and asked if WW3 is about to start because her college just warned all the students that Iran just raised the red flag.
This narrative is now totally out of control when it’s affecting kids in Indiana corn fields... A university...warning kids... unbelievable that these schools push the Dem narrative and get away with it

As long as you as a parent of the student and us as citizens let the BS go unchecked it will keep on happening. I doubt you will hold the college accountable as most of us would not. My daughter and her husband attended the same liberal college 15 years ago and they were and still are mostly conservative. They and some of their conservative friends had the "go along to get along" attitude. Not sure what can be about it.

Yep, quite a tactic isn't it. Scare the kids with WW3. The Selective Service website crashed because so many snowflakes wanted to know about the draft that's about to start.

that’s interesting because she mentioned the draft...

Sort of reeks of political BS and manipulation don't it....Trump=bad man/war/the draft, support a Dem presidential candidate in 2020.

Agree with Hotrod......."evil prospers when good men do nothing". At 55 years of age I am tired of drama and avoid most conflict with ignorant people. I think I need to rethink my stance and be more vocal.

My accountant has a son picking his university next year.... part of the decision is the degree, a bigger part of it is ..it can’t be too political or liberal... He X’d Michigan right off the bat... the alma mater of both his parents who are conservative... that hurt them. I am on my 4th kid thru college in liberal schools and they weren’t converted... kids are resilient they will figure it out..

We’ve been to Italy, Ireland, Netherlands and Iceland since Trump has been POTUS. Despite what the media would have you believe, he is wildly popular among the Europeans that I’ve met on those trips.
Was docked next to a middle aged guy at a transient marina last summer. He was from Italy but has been in the US for the last dozen or so years. He’s a big Trump fan.
He told me about the pitfalls of free college and healthcare in a Italy and how high the employer taxes are over there that go to pay for that free stuff.
According to him college is free but hard to get in to because only the top students get to go and while the healthcare is free it isn’t always easy to come by.
Employers pay a fortune in taxes to cover the freebies and have to pay workers a lot less to make business work.
