As you can see, this is an old wiper that needs to be removed. However, it has no cap, screw, bolt, etc. How can I remove the entire wiper from the shaft?

It might have a spline in witch case you will have to tap it up, Or the black cover swings up and might have a nut to remove firstIt might have a reliese mechanism up inside where the spring attaches.
