Canvas loop snap repair/kit?

Hello,

Per the attached pic I'd like to repair this loop snap myself. I don't see any sort of kit on Amazon and or West Marine. Appreciate any advice. This is on the back of the boat and now flapping a bit. Thank you

To replace that, put a piece of plywood underneath it and drill out the center.
Remove the old pieces and snap the new ones into the existing hole.
 
I replaced all of mine with the parts from sail rite. Used a scewdriver and pry under the piece on the underside and it popped right off. Put the new one on and squeeze with a pair of pliers to tighten...done....3-5 mins each....

Yes you can. I forgot about that. It is entirely possible to pop the 2-plastic pieces apart, replace the elastic cord, and reassemble. The elastic cord has knots in each end and fits into 2-little channels in the plastic piece.
