Just bought this on Sunday. So Monaco Mike won't rag on me that it has a worse carbon foot print then his gasser, we charge it with solar panels on the roof of the house.

A definite money pit if it weren't still under warranty. So unreliable But the vehicle is so fun. This is before she had new shoes.
Land Rover Discovery 5 turbo diesel. Duratrac ATs for summer and Nokian Hakka 9s for winter.

My wife had a 2013 Mercedes GL450... Samething ..no one could afford it out of warranty.. It was awful ...when warranty was up it had to go and she wanted another one. Only pic I have is garage cam...2017 GLS450... This has had minor warranty issues mostly cosmetic trim etc.... I might consider this one out of warranty... But still not really impressed with Mercedes. My Lexus... Never a warranty issue...just a flawless car worth every penny.

Yeah i had planned to keep the LR5 a long time as i always wanted one. I'm wishing i leased it or financed it at this point because I may have to offload it once she is out of warranty. Part of the problem is LR dealerships are so overburdened with service work you have to wait weeks to get your truck in... My wife's prior MDX was the most reliable vehicle we have ever owned.... Definitely didn't have the LR fun factor though...
For me i can only deal with one of my toys breaking all the time, and obviously that is the boat...

I had a C7 and got rid of it after 7 months of ownership. It was in the shop 5x and I refused to pull out my tools to fix this vehicle which was under warranty. It pulled like a freight train, but I couldn't deal with the tracking issue being unresolved.
I love my C6 Z06, never an issue and runs like a scalded dog

A couple of months ago I got bent on a new toy; a senior moment of juvenilism. So I wanted a McLaren and came across a beautiful MP4-12C; the thing was as smooth as a Cadillac and really stepped it up performance wise; it was simply just elegant. Then there was the cost and delays for maintenance and the cost to continue the warrantee. It ended up being out of my "wheel house" but what a car. Then looked at the C7 Grand Sport; we took a friend's on a bit of a road trip; after 150 miles I was ready to get out but again, an amazing car. Then perusing the internet I got interested in these Hellcat Redeye's and lo and behold found one being delivered to an Orlando dealer so I meandered to Orlando and gazed upon a real modern muscle car; a 200+ MPH, 800 horsepower, sub 11 second quarter mile muscle car; along with twenty other drueling spectators in the show room. I bought the thing right there..... Now I have driven quite a few performance automobiles like the above few including 911 Turbos, Z06's, etc, heck I have a 1970 Hemi Cuda, and have had a lot of fun looking at cars but this Hellcat is fun, little kid giggling fun, I mean really fun, but it's also a 22 MPG (yea right) touring car that is comfortable. BTW the color is "White Knuckle". No regrets.

What do you vette owners think of the C8? GM does not have a great history of building good rear-engine cars, but that looks like a sweet ride.
I like the looks, however, the interior is meh. If you think the c7 seating is tight, the c8 is worse. My coworker sat in the c8 at an unveiling, and at only 5'10" and 175lbs, he said it was too tight.

+1 on the dodge interiors, like their trucks they look cheap to me

1970 AMC AMX 390 4 speed, factory side pipes, original machine wheels

Nice. I always liked those AMC Javelins. Very much an acquired taste visually, at least the rear quarter views. The AMX was quite a beast with the 390.
