I am installing a new Fusion Stereo in the boat. I will be placing the new remote in the location of the factory non-working round remote that is just above and to left of the Radar/Radio dash panel.

Any clue on how to remove that panel so that I can get to the back of the remote and remove it? I have my Simrad GO12xse in the panel and I dont want to accidentally damage it! There are no screw heads and I cant see how its fixed to the dash.

Thx for any advice

If there are no visible screw heads, the most common thing Sea Ray does is to glue bolts to the back side of the panel. Pull another panel off so you can see/feel the backside - look for small nuts holding the panel on. Use your phone, if needed. There's a small possibility that it's held in place with Christmas trees - you'll know once you look. Unless your boat has an access panel on the cabin side... but that is rare.

In my 01, you have to reach from behind by removing the gauges panel and reaching for the screws. It’s not fun. Not sure you could also try by removing the hatch to the cabin
