My buddy was telling me about a black bladder relatively close to my water pump that helps with the water pressure in the boat. He said that i should drain the pressure and water out of it and that there should be like a bike tube spout coming out of it that allows u to release the pressure and the water drain out. Has anyone heard of this? If so, where can I find it on the boat and should it be drained?

That's the accumulator, should be right after the pump. Likely about the size of a football.

Do you blow your lines out or use antifreeze?

If you use antifreeze do you use the pump to circulate it or an external pump? If you use the pump the accumulator is now filled with antifreeze so no need to drain it.

If you blow your lines out by pressurizing the tank same as above except it is now drained.

The valve to fill up the bladder shouldn't let water out

Should I be releasing the pressure prior to blowing out the system and flushing antifreeze?
I store in heated... so I don't do anything but blow the water out... I wouldn't think you would have to relieve the pressure...its not that much

Here this is right out of the shurflo manual the only part that mentions winterizing

However, for complete sanitizing/winterizing, the recommended
mounting position is with pre-charge valve stem up. Do not freeze or mount near a high heat source.

I know...not much help... I would think with blowing it out and pink stuff you would be fine

No need!
I’ve never done anything with the accumulator.
Like you, I blow the system out and then add some antifreeze for good measure.
Before I get started I bypass the hot water heater and drain it.
After blowing out the system I drop about two gallons of pink in the tank and turn on each faucet until a little pink come out. Really no need to do it but the pink stuff is cheap. We don’t drink the water from that tank anyway.
After I’m done I reconnect the water heater so it’s ready to go in the Spring.

The tank is nothing more then an expansion tank, it has a rubber diaphragm in it. the top of it is pressurized with air.when you turn on the pump it pressurize's the system and shuts down. When you draw some water the tank allows the water to run with no pump till the pressure drops to the cut in setting. There is no need to touch the tank unless the diaphragm goes bad!

Yup. Don't touch the pressure side of the tank. It means absolutely zippo in regards to winterizing. If you do, you'll have to re-pressurize it to the proper pressure in the Spring.
