Ok,
I don't recall ever having this issue....I closed the seacock and pulled the hose from the seacock and lowered into a 5 gal. bucket with 4 gal of antifreeze.
I drained the strainer and poured antifreeze in that too and closed it back up... Started the Geni and she ran fine, but she wasn't pulling from the bucket. I didn't have any issues that I recall with blockages. I shut her down and got another impeller...
I opened the waterpump and one vane on the impeller was broken so clearly it wasn't a bad impeller, but naturally I replaced it...
Then I opened the heat exchanger on the inboard side and checked for blockage. I ran a metal hangar down the tubes to make sure they were clear.
I took off the raw water hose between the pump and the strainer and the one between the pump and the heat exchanger. I blasted water from the hose through....no obstructions....
Resealed everything and restarted, and no water coming out exhaust...
Can the exhaust side be so blocked that it would obstruct all water? Anyone have this issue?
Edit:
Another note i forgot to add....
I ran the genie for a few seconds without the impeller in to make sure the pump was turning fine, and it is...
