Knock Sensor Issue

I had my engines removed this summer by a marina that re-installed them and left several alarm issues... thats not the question you can tell I'm not happy though..

Anyway, the STbd engine isnt detecting the knock sensor and is sending alarm at 3k rpm and limiting power to 4.2K rpm.

I am supposing they didnt connect the knock sensor back after the re-install or maybe the connection is bad.

You need to be a yoga instructor to work on these engines and I am 6'3". So... can someone try and describe to me where the knock senor is on the motor and what it would look like?

It's round, about 2" in dia. on the starboard side very close to the block drain. Just behind the motor mount.
