This is my first year winterizing this boat and the boat is staying in the water for the winter...can anyone one tell me how?...I'm sure there are plenty of you-tube videos out there but I have not found one that I'm happy with...the boat has two 454's with both enclosed cooling system which already has anti-freeze contained within, but also has the fresh water cooling system that needs winterized...the generator I have figure out but I'm sure the HVAC system needs flushed with anti-freeze...the fresh water system also seems pretty straight forward...if anyone can give some insight it would be greatly appreciated....thanks much, Bob

People have their own ways of winterizing boats systems. I personally run my water tank dry and blow compressed air thru the water system (50psi). You need a decent size air compressor and turn the pressure down. The AC can also be blown with air but most run pink antifreeze thru it. The engine and generator must have antifreeze run thru the cooling system. Personally in Colorado I may opt for -100 antifreeze instead of the standard pink -50. Make sure your thru sea cocks are closed and intake strainers are vacuumed empty and refilled with anti freeze.

Thanks guys....I greatly appreciate the information....Bob
