OK - changing it up a bit.
Many of you saw my thread about selling my 460DA, that went amazingly well and I sold it in 8 days to someone in the same marina that I was in. It was an awesome boat and I know that it will serve their family well for many years.
Now I've moved on to a different boat, a 58DA. It's a great boat that I'll be leaving on the Texas coast.
I'll miss the amount of activity that the 460 thread has but I'll remain active on CSR.
Here's a couple quick pics in it's temporary home in Lighthouse Point, FL.

sweet ride!

Bahamas run---for what to help clean up??

Much of the Bahamas is still in good shape ... and accepting donations to help the many that still need help.
We saw several boats being loaded with supplies while we were in Lauderdale, and thinking that would be a great thing to do if we get headed there.
After going through a couple disasters myself I know that "help cleaning up" goes on for a long time and any help goes a long way

Beautiful boat!!

Where in Texas are you keeping it? I've always been curious if we have any nice cruising areas in our state.

I'll have it on Clear Lake - which is really not clear at all
Hoping to use it to travel the coast quite a bit and get back in the hang of coastal boating

Thanks, and as we found getting harder to find nice ones that dont need a complete refit right away

Congratulations!

We also had challenges finding a 48 that didn't need significant work. We love this boat as our dock neighbors have one...enjoy!
