Water going into bowl, step on pedal, push pedal, water still filling bowl. Possible vacuum pump problem?

Probably. Is your pump running? Any vacuum when you flush? Should get a a good whoosh sounds and suck it through the bowl

Could be a clogged line or duckbills too

When flushing, there is no sound. I have heard of duckbills but not investigated what it's about. As far as clogged lines, where do you start?

Well, they always say, if it's something you need to learn, go to YouTube University!. Now I know what duckbills do and where they are located for replacement! Thanks for mentioning that Strecker. Hopefully the lines are not clogged. It could be a nasty job.

yeah, put a bunch of fresh water down the line first if you can.

What about the electric pump motor though, is it running?

The water pump is the only thing you hear running when pressing the foot pedal.

Had the same problem on my '90' 350 dancer. You have 2 duck bills on the pump. Easy to replace. I got a dancer owners guide and the system should be discussed there.

So here was the problem: The previous owner broke the end off the breaker switch for the water system and never mention it. I found it laying behind the distribution panel. pushed the plunger in, all systems go.
