As some of you know I've been an avid fan of Sea Ray and this site... I've had my 340 for 13 years now.

She's been wonderful. It's time to make changes. Having taken me to lake Huron twice. To Presque Isle to the east this year. She's been true and exceptional even for a 1989 vintage...

She's tattered and worn and in need of something new. So I've made the decision to trade in for something new.

You had me at the thread title!

Good to see it was just the burgee...

Why tarnish the good name of CSR by putting that Suckeye burgee next to it?

Can I get you a tissue big guy?

Jas - ya had me!

Damn Jason!...It has been a long time brother and you have treated that ‘89 340DA well. I sprayed the gel coat on your deck and hull in ‘89 and remember those models well. Hate to see her go but anxious to see what will be the replacement.

You are an original member here, and a participant in the greatest Homecoming event ever, so you can’t leave. We wont be able to fill the legacy.

Always a friend and always welcome on any vessel I am on! Love ya brother!

Captain.... He just replaced the CSR burgee .... But nice send off none the less :)

Yea, you definitely had me going. Now, tell the new girlfriend you need time to get that pulpit into the condition of the other teak work I've seen you do. Lol Good to see you around Jason.
Yeah, I agree the bow teak needs some work but I've let it go so when I update the windlass it's not as painful. Everything else has lasted well on the boat except for that... I'm not sure what it was treated with previously but I never could get the varnish to stick...

Good to hear from you too Rusty... I'm not getting rid of Aftica... yet. I have my eye on the prize but I still love this boat!
