350 Mag missing out

I have a 2007 350 mag MPI that misses out. It fluctuates RPM's 20-60. Idle on up to plane off. I had this problem last year and replaced the distributor cap and rotor. Problem was solved. Could I have the same problem again? Anything else to look for?

Plugs are new. Not sure about the wires.
