I see a need to have a good single access point for all 1970s Sea Ray brochures. I own one of each and I will try to edit and build this post to make these easily accessible to all. I can maybe then step into the '80s brochures, which I have most of.

Here is Sea Ray's grouping of brochures with the 73, 74 and 75 brochures missing. Here is a direct link to their catalog year selection page, which can be confusing to find otherwise.

Now here are my additions of the 74 and 75 catalogs. I have the 73, but don't have it scanned yet.

1975 Sea Ray catalog: http://www.readylens.com/Photos/1975%20Sea%20Ray%20catalog.pdf

I also have the 1960s catalogs and I'm tempted to color scan them and post here since some of the Sea Ray company copies are not very good

It seems the link to the 1975 catalog is broken - any chance you (or someone else) can repost another link? Thanks in advance!

Thanks I have a 74 220 hard top custom made nice to see the interior lay out

I just bought a restored 1974 Sea Ray SRV 180 with what I was told is a Chevy in-line 6cyl. The boat looks great but I want to make sure the impeller and some other things are in good shape along with maybe replacing a couple of the cleats. Do any of you guys know where I can order OEM parts for this boat, or even aftermarket parts depending on what they are? Might any of you have a link you could share or know where I could get a parts catalog? Thanks in advance.

74hardtop, do you know where I can order boat parts for my 1974 SRV 190 searay? I’ve looked all over the internet but all I can find just go back to the 80’s. I’m looking for an original Bimini frame with it without the canvas. Mine has an aftermarket Bimini top on it but I’d like to find one that fits in the tracks that are mounted inside on each side of my boat. Plus there are some other pieces I need such as one piece of railing because one section of mine has been dented and bent some. And I’m sure if I could find a place to order OEM parts for it I’d find other stuff I’d like replace.

Any chance you have any owners manuals on a 77 srv 240 sundancer. This boat has a few alterations and I would like to bring it back to 1977 or close too it.

I sure don’t have an owners manual Loyd. If I come across one I’ll share it though.

i have a 1972 SRV190 that I renovated, not restored, in 2013, because original parts are extremely hard to find. But you shouldn't have any problem finding an impeller. Any number of parts distributors on-line carry parts for the Mercruiser 165 (the GM 250 inline 6 cyl 4.1L engine) Just make sure you get the right 165 because there were two. one was a 4 cyl and is not the same. You will need the engines serial number.

Some one was looking for an original bimini.. I don't think you'll find one that's original but I just bought one from https://www.nationalbiminitops.com/se/boat-bimini-top/SEA--RAY--BOATS/SRV--190/1972.html All you need is the dimensions and they will have one that fits. Mine fits perfectly. The hard part was finding a slide that would go in the track. One side had the original slide but the other was missing. But i found one that fits, but it doesn't match the original. But it works.

For engine parts try https://www.go2marine.com/index.jsp
https://www.iboats.com/shop/boat-motor-parts/inboard-motor-parts.html

Go here for the engine/drive manual on-line, it's a pdf http://boatinfo.no/lib/library.html

There are plenty of other resources but those are the ones I have used the most.

Also your boat is old enough to be considered a classic so you might find some info on http://www.fiberglassics.com/glassic-forums as well as here. The folks on there have helped me a lot with finding stuff.
And there are a lot of these old Merc 165's available on Craigslist and even occasionally on ebay. But they usually have some issue or don't even run, but they can be a parts source. I actually bought a 1978 one that was in good running condition for $300.00. It's now in my boat because the original died.

And I have found some original parts on Ebay. I found a Throttle Control/Shifter, a cover door for the glove box, and some other odds and ends.

I just bought a 1970 SRV180 120HP from the original owner. He gave me a copy of the catalog but I need the owner's manual. Any idea where I can find one?
Thanks.

Thanks. I do a little more every year. Next Spring it will be re-upholstery of the seats, and some more work on the trim inside. The vinyl cover on the wood trim is shot so I am taking it off and refinishing the wood. It's teak.

I don’t have a manual I just kinda figure things out as I go had a great time doing my interior
