Hey guys...and gals!

Still up for sale at Cutter Marina in Middle River, MD is our 44 Sundancer. Just wanted to ping you guys in case you know of anyone looking. I really appreciate it.

She's a super clean boat. We've taken really good care of her, and only wish we had the means to bring her down to FL where we moved. Fully outfitted and comes with like-new dink! Please pass the word. I hate to see her "abandoned" on the hard like this. :/

Thanks!

That boat screams for a ride down the coast. I'd do it in stages if necessary.

Beautiful boat - I know if I was down in FL I would love to have that rather than leaving in up north.

What was wrong with MD?... I love the Chesapeake
Or do you like driving slow and not turning right on a red light? :)

I'd LOVE to run her down here, but we traded our chaotic/stressful/busy/"lucrative" lives for a slower/simpler/"lower-cost-of-living" mentality.

We walk to the beach now, and don't have to "escape" to the boat to keep us from blowing a gasket while stuck in traffic every day. The rat race got to us, and we weren't appreciating the people we were becoming. We would leave the dogs behind 2-3 days per week, just to get our "fix" on the boat. Then, bust our asses in crappy working environments with even crappier people just to pay for the "fix." It was taking its toll on everyone.

We came together and decided that we want the more relaxed lifestyle. So, we sold everything and moved down to the beach. I was lucky enough to find a job - barely enough to support us - but our quality of life has exploded! Now our biggest choices are, "do we go for a run or a bike ride," "do we take our boards to the beach or just soak up the sun," "do we chill at the pool or head to the beach?"

It was the BEST decision we have ever made. Unfortunately, we had to downsize a bit, which meant selling our other love, "NeverLand." Trust me! We have crunched the numbers to see if we could even float her operating costs by chartering her out or doing rent-a-cruises. I'd love to captain her out for the rocket launches! But, that all means less time with family - which, was one of the primary reasons for our move.

Don't get me wrong! We LOVED the bay. We finally got the boat where we wanted, outfitted with everything we needed to hit up Naptown, B-more, St. Micheal's, et cetera. Staying out in quite coves for the weekend or rafting up with friends was amazing! I'm so fortunate to have had the opportunity to experience what the bay had to offer.

Thanks again.
