How do I get FRSH WATER inot the toilet in my 2001 290 Bow Rider

Hi all, Looking for some advice. I have purchased a 2001 290 Bow rider. It has an enclosed head with a small sink. It took a long time to to learn how to get the two sinks on board to run water. Assec. 1 Button on dash . Now I need help to get water into the toilet tank. There are two hoses going into the bottom of the Port a Pottie. The smaller diameter white hose seem to be THE FILL HOSE , and larger Diameter Black Hose seems to be the OUTGOING WAIST HOSE . So does the water for the toilet come from the 24 gallon Fresh Water tank? Is there another pump that puts water into the toilet tank?? Any advise would be so helpful. Thank You, Lenny

Is the toilet a portable toilet?... If so, you disconnect the top from the bottom you will see a big cap and put water in thru there. The black hose is for the pump out the white hose would be a vent is my guess.

If it is a port a pottie you should have a tank on it and pump to put it in the bowl.
