The manual says I should be able to see full, 1/2, etc. on the monitor in the DC panel. I do have those indications on the water tank side, but the display for the holding tank just shows "Power". Nothing else lights up when I depress the switch. If I turn the mascerator pump on, same thing...no lights. What am I missing? Seems that if the sensors were messed up, I should get at least an erroneous indication, but I get no indication at all.

Depending on your type of tank, most are just reed switches that are activated by a floating magnet. Usually struvite buildup keeps the magnet from sliding up and down easily. Sometimes sticking at empty, some times sticking at 1/2 or full. If it get stuck at full, your vacuum pump will most likely no longer come on, to prevent over fill.

I'd say your floats are stuck in the down position. Pull the sensor tube and chip off the struvite buildup. I used a screwdriver as the wire brush wasn't strong enough!

z28jimi - after you completely pump out, it will show power and empty. After the level rises to about 1/4, it will just show power, after it reaches 1/2, it will show power and 1/2. When full, it will show full - do not use and power...

I had the same situation. Used Norflex Digester for 3 months and did not fix the situation. The probes are built into the cap that screws into the top of the tank. There is a plug you can take apart, unscrew the plug, and work the probes out. Clean off the magnets and make sure they will move up and down the tubes, though they move only a very short distance. I took the probes(plastic tubes) out on the dock, soaked them with Spray Nine and cleaned them well. Here is what you are looking for:
