White plastic slides that fit in the groove of the drawers. They have screws and attach to the sides of the cabinet. About an inch wide. One cracked on me. Can I get these?

Problem is that last part... the dreaded "NLA" (No Longer Available). But maybe googling for that part number will help? If not, how thick are they? Could a couple of those "silver furniture mover thingies" work? The kind you stick under a couch leg and then it glides across the floor. I've seen them in narrow strips - in fact, I think I have a few - from memory, I'd say they were an inch-ish wide, maybe 1/4" thick and 6" long. But you could certainly trim them and probably pull the backing off it to make it thinner.

Or... how 'bout a small sheet of slippery polyethylene and cut it to fit? Mcmaster has TONS of this kind of stuff.

I think he's referring to the slides that hold the drawers under the counter...?

If you can't find them to purchase, I think that would be a pretty simple project to do on a 3D printer.

Yes they are the plastic guides that mount inside the cabinet and the drawers slide on them. The 3D printing technology is amazing and can't imagine why they couldn't be made on one.

Just seen these on Amazon and I think they will work-just hope they are long enough. All other dimensions check out. They look exactly like what I need.

I was imagining something thinner that the drawer sat on top of. What you have there is even easier to replicate if that Amazon link doesn't work out. It would be super easy to make that out of starboard or even wood. Wood will work very nicely for that application.

But as far as length goes - that link looks like it says the length is exactly the same as what's indicated by your part number.
