HellO:

I am looking for the LCD Systems Monitor part # 1907585 / 1769722 to replace my old non-functioning unit.

Any or all help appreciated . . . Thx!

A Sea Ray Dealer may be able to order it for $700+.

On my 2005 390 Sundancer, the Systems Monitor was sounding a constant alarm. The display showed "all sea ray systems normal" and the reset button didn't mute the alarm.
CAUSE / SOLUTION / WORKAROUND: The external alarm circuit relay inside the Systems Monitor display is broken and sounds constantly. The internal alarm is fine. This is common malfunction on older units. After looking at the schematic in the Sea Ray Manual, I simply disconnected the orange wire coming out of the back of the Systems Monitor to the small external buzzer. The internal buzzer still works fine and is sufficient. Problem solved and saved $700+
Note: In the engine room these is a circuit breaker called "Systems Monitor" which supplies power to the Systems Monitor unit.

Is your screen part or module itself bad? I have a supplier for the module but not for the screen.

I did the same. Last week my engine reached 240 degrees and I did not hear the alarm because I disconnected the speaker. Ended up being a seized alternator. I’m glad I saw it before it was too late, but I wished I had the external speaker to hear it when running at cruising speed.

My Systems Monitor appears to be a hermetically sealed unit.

The Mercruiser Smartcraft should have sounded an alarm. At least on my 2005 model. On 2005 Sea Rays, the Mercruiser Smartcraft reports an extensive list of engine faults and is not the same as the Sea Ray Systems Monitor which reports only a few faults, including high water and genset. The Systems Monitor on my boat reports ONLY the following.

High Water bilge Alarms
Oil Pressure
Water Temperature
Transmission Temperature
Exhaust Temperature
Generator Alarm (low oil pressure or stall)

Marc, it did sound an alarm, but without the external speaker I did not hear it with the boat on plane at 3,500 rpm.
