When running my air this weekend I got an error message on my Turbo Cruisair 12K, SeaRay PN 1907352 that says the AC is low. Haven’t found any threads that say if this can be recharged, so wondering if anyone has had a similar issue. The air will work and cool, but kicks off from time to time when this message appears.

LO AC refers to the electrical supply. We get these when the boosting transformers are not working properly, or the dock power is just too low for the boosters to work. This happens on our dock on hot summer weekends where everyone is at the dock and drawing a lot of power.

We have also found that even after power is restored to normal, it may be necessary to do a factory reset of the Cruisair systems to prevent recurring shutdowns.

Yep, Sea Gull is right if it was low on refrigerant you would get a lo/ps code. Lo/ac means your voltage is dropping below 100 volts.

OK thanks and that’s good to know. I’ll try and run it while I have my generator on to see if it still happens. I’ll also give it a cleaning since I have the panel off.
