2002 DA260. After a little rain recently i found some traces of water that trickled in around the windshield. What I found appears to be some bad rubber trim between the frame and glass in a couple areas of the windshield. In a couple spots specifically, on the lower trim pieces, i can push on the rubber trim and see water pushing out. Seems like it is getting under the lower trim on the outside and making its way to the inside.

My question is, has anyone replaced this trim before? And if so, where do you find the trim? All i can find online is the larger rubber for the screw cover channel.

I'm also beginning to wonder if i will have to completely remove the glass from the frame to replace this? Any ideas how big of a job this is?
