How close are you to a Sea Ray dealer? The various vinyl weave forms are used as an option and they may have a boat in stock - seeing it actually in a boat might give you a better idea than a small square. Sea Ray has also started using SeaDek as an option in the cockpit on some of their boats - in 'snap-in' form.

You could also check with some pontoon dealers in your area - it's used on those, as well. It would at least give you a good idea of a what a large piece would look like.

I did the weave with what looks like the grayish color, largest sample in your first photo. We love it. It looks one thousand times better than the carpet we had in originally. We also enjoy the feel underfoot.

Sadly I don't have a single photo of the interior without a bunch of people in it. Sorry!

Ours also came from snapincarpet.com for what it's worth...

Heres a few pics of Infinity woven pvc.

Next will be the swim platform. No more red wine, spaghetti sauce, ketchup, etc stains. Wipes right up. Water pools, doesn't soak in. Easy on the bare feet.

i used a weave from Corinthian.....extremely happy with it...

I have one of Corinthian’s teak patterns and I’m very happy with it. While it is a bit hot on bare feet in direct sunlight, the benefits of that one drawback easily outweigh it for me.
It cleans up easily using the same soft brush and soap that I use to wash the boat down with and after two full seasons with it, starting my third, it looks as good as the day I put it down with no signs of wear at all.
The one precaution I do take is that if I’m doing maintenance in the bilge I either take it up or cover anywhere I might walk to avoid tracking or spilling anything on it that might stain.
My boat never had snaps in the cockpit deck for a carpet and I didn’t want to install them so I went with their Velcro option and it holds fast.

Yeah, buying from a postage stamp size sample is tough. Maybe they have some 'leftovers' they can sell to you cheaply?

I have gone back and asked and they were mostly obliging ...unfortunately we chose colors when the boat was in the dark warehouse.. now we are in the sun they don't look right... I doubt they will be as nice again... but will ask :)

Last season ditched the berber went with the weave Corinthian flax seed weave drys twice as quick and the material is a lot more stain resistance.

We changed our Berber to weave from Corinthian and love it as it is a much cleaner and more modern look. The only negative is it tends to get hotter in the sun than Berber so we have added a few small mats when the sun is out. They gave us great service throughout the process.

I like the teak pattern with the blue accents on my boat. If the boat was solid white I may have gone with another pattern but I think the teak works really well with the blue.
