How do I run wire for LED speakers?

First - How do I get port forward cockpit speaker connected? Tried to run to port arch speaker but there is no hole to the arch - do I run directly to helm?

Second - For the life of me i couldn’t get starboard arch down thru hole to run to helm. Broke two poles trying to get in there?

Please tell me there is something i’m missing. 1999 340 Sundancer. Is there access behind those vinyl pads? If so, how do I take off and put back on?

All these speakers are wired already. If you want to change up the wiring, use the old wires to pull the new ones thru. Starboard side access is behind the cubby beside the captains chair. Comes out with a few screws.
