Need help locating the trim tab fuse for my Bennett tabs on the above referenced boat. I have:
- checked/tested all the ATC type fuses in the fuse box in the compartment under the helm regardless of how they are labeled
- checked/tested all the fuses by the batteries regardless of how they are labeled.
- checked to see if there is an inline fuse at the trim tab switch assembly. I followed the lines as best as possible to the point where they were bundled with others and don't see one.
- read the owners manual but it's not clear exactly where the fuse is located, it just shows schematics that an electrician would have to interpret.

It's under warranty but need to confirm it's not simply a blown fuse prior to bringing in and dropping off for service work.

Thanks in advance.

based on the ones I`ve seen and worked on the orange wire at the switch block is power
The wire harness only supplies power to the solenoids and pump motor . There is an additional ground wire at the pump that must have a good ground to operate properly

I would look at the pump. I read my schematics and there is not a fuse in the panel for them. I assume they take power off the main harness closer to the pump and fuse it locally.

If you are looking for the pump I can let you in on the secret location......

The storage compartment / cooler on the transom walkway, you need to remove the plastic liner insert and the trim pump is in there.

I found mine. It was the only 20 amp fuse in the main fuse panel under the helm.
Another sdx owner found his, it was a 20 amp fuse in a stand alone fuse holder under the helm. Not sure why they were different, both were the same boat. Maybe based on what options the boat has.

Fuse / circuit breaker may also be one of the stand alones by the battery. If the the tabs weren't OEM installed (installed after delivery), fuse / circuit breaker could be anywhere. The battery buss / fuse / breaker panel under the dash is the most common spot, though.
