Help with model and year of my Sea Ray

Sea Ray SRV180 1970 outboard
Engines
Mercury 40 hp 4 stroke
Good day fellow owners,

Im new in this forum and would like to ask your help.
I purchased a nice Sea Ray but I'm not sure which year the boat is.
When I see the information on the Sea Ray website I would say it is a SRV 180 outboard from 1970. Is there anyone who can help me out with this?

Look at the HIN. Last 2 numbers are the year.

SR .com may not be much help as it appears to be an export model.
Definitely an SRV hull ... windshield 70 or older but the transom is either
not US or converted inboard boat
logos are 80s
 
Thanks you for the comment. Snapon24 the HIN is that the Serial number? That doesnt make sense if it 8s with this boat. And than i still don't know the type. But i think i figured it out from the brochures. It is a 67 srv 160 as i can tell
 
Check the outside right hand corner of the stern. It should be stamped right in the fibreglass.
