The hot water flow from the head sink faucet is extremely low. The head shower and galley hot water is great. I replaced the faucet in the head thinking it was the problem but the new faucet has the same issue. I’ve checked and cleaned all filter screens. I’m stumped. Does any have any suggestions?

My guess is you may have a kinked or bent hose where it goes around a corner or passes thru a bulkhead. If you disconnect the hose from the bottom of the faucet is the flow ok?

Darn, I was so sure the problem was the faucet that I didn’t think to check the flow when I had the hot water line disconnected. It was such a challenge getting to the connection but I guess I will go back to check the flow for kinks. If there is a kink I can’t imagine how to fix it. The panel under the sink that hides the connections won’t come off even when the screws are removed. I may have to remove the sink for better access.

Nothing on a boat is ever easy. If the hose requires replacement it may be easier to route the new hose differently along an easier to access path and just leave the old hose in place but disconnected.
