Just got the 3 front windows replaced with new polycarb. Online says to use Palmolive dish soap. Looking for someone who has had polycarb windows for several years and they are still crystal clear - what did you use?

Thanks

Midexp, I use Imar with a soft cloth or cheese cloth material. I also have one of these clothes handy for when I'm washing boat. I dip it in the soap and wipe dust and bird shit off.

If you want to keep it new, clean, and clear, apply Collinite Insulator Wax. Water will roll off like Rain-X. As long as its polycarb and not some other material.

Am following this thread and may look into this. Panels are new and i'm getting streaks from the run-off from the canvas above. The outside of some of the panels are hard to reach so they can't be wiped down frequently.

Thanks, nice tip. Ill try it this season. Do you have any issues or recommendations to anti static the pannels?

What Great Lakes is using once a month is what I do. The rest of the time I use my mild boat soap when washing the boat with a soft boat brush. Dry with soft cloth. If just cleaning I use water on soft cloth and wipe dry with fresh cloth. I am 4 years no scratches. Like new

I use the same boat soap that I wash the boat with but instead of using a brush I switch to a microfiber cloth when I do them. I follow up a couple of times a year (once they dry) with Plexus and a microfiber.
