Why Is CSR So Slow Now?

GFC, you defiantly will boost the pleasure of the views if not boost views...

OK, I'm back after working my butt off all day. I started at 9:30 pressure washing the deck around the pool (I did the front and back porches yesterday), then raked up leaves around the outside of the pool, rode the lawn tractor to pick up the twigs and branches that fell off our willow tree, then ran a dethatcher for a bit over an hour, then drank a beer.

It all paid off because we were invited over to the kid's house. Three of the kids were there along with 3 grandsons. Dinner was chicken thighs done on the Treager plus some roasted spuds.

Some days are just worth living!

We are starting the spring clean up of our yard. I'm pretty sore now so taking a break from that. Will, however, go down to the dock today and pull the ice eater out of the water before the ice starts to move and takes our ice eater out to sea. It's good to get it out now as it makes washing the slime off it a breeze compared to waiting and allowing the stuff to permanently adhere to it.

The mechanic shop where my boat is being stored yesterday ask me when I wanted to splash I told him when ever it was good for him and he said next Friday depending on weather. I figure here in Ohio until June the weather could do anything so I might be going in next weekend.

Port side complete. Doing 12 oz curls now.

Are you hand waxing?
I’m old ... the buffer is heavy :( Last year I paid to have it compounded and waxed $1,500 above and below the rub rail... I wasn’t happy with the result so this year doing it myself. I have about 14 hours into just the blue. There is no way I would do this for $1,500 especially someone else’s boat.... screw that

And yet I often see complaints here about quality of work and the high price. Like people expect great work and a low price by others they whose time they see as worth way less than theirs. I payed a high price and got excellent results without enduring the physical pain, but is was a difficult search to find someone good to do this for me. I hope my new people do as good of a job on the new boat as my old ones...

That's my point...I couldn't afford the workmanship I want...and if I could find it... I would be afraid to pay it

Wish we could have those.

Mike, if you were to move to our area in Phoenix you can drive those on any of the roads that have a speed limit of 35 or lower. Very common to see people running around in their carts and most stores have set aside special parking spaces for them.

Now, if they made one capable of towing a small boat and trailer...……..

I dunno MM, depends on how you want to look at things. I think a more fair view is expecting great work for the price they tell you it'll cost, shouldn't matter what the price actually is....when the quality is less than expected and less the promised I'd call it high priced regardless of price.

I'm going to do my own this year rather than let the guy have the job again. I figured I'll be punishing him but I have a hunch that'll backfire on me.:(

I am very critical of Warren, Bernie, Booker, Harris, Conway, Hillary, AOC, Rashida, Maxine, IIhan, Kaine, Pelosi and Schiff when they are pushing a false narrative.. I don't comment on some of the stupid things Trump tweets. So I believe Twitter does sensor and suppress left critisicm... And frankly with all the twisted truths they comment on ..I need the rest

"Creating a safer environment for people to freely express themselves."

Pick one.

Oh...and. which is better single engines or duels?

MM thinks things are a bit dead at CSR. You could liven things up by taking this subject to the Holding Tank.:D

Are they required to have liability insurance on them?
